Brent Cross sits within North London close to the affluent areas of Hampstead Garden Suburb, Mill Hill, Edgware and Finchley. It is also a major vehicle route, with cars passing through into central London or heading North to Watford, Milton Keynes and beyond.
There is also major investment underway. The Brent Cross Cricklewood programme is one of the Mayor of London’s key growth projects, and one of the most ambitious across Europe. An area, opposite Brent Cross shopping centre, is being transformed into Brent Cross Town; with 6,700 homes, workspace for 25,000 all set around 50 acres of green parks and playing fields. A net zero carbon town it will also boast a new railway station opening March 2023 with journeys to central London taking only 12 minutes.
